Morgan McCaslin joined our team as a care management intern after graduating from NC State University with a Bachelor of Social Work in May 2025. A native of Denver, North Carolina, Morgan brings both empathy and thoughtful insight to her work with older adults and their families.
Her interest in aging and care management was shaped early by watching her mother’s dedication as a nurse practitioner. Seeing firsthand the trust, advocacy, and compassion her mother provided to clients inspired Morgan to pursue a path centered on supporting individuals through vulnerable and transitional moments.
Morgan approaches her work with genuine curiosity, strong listening skills, and a deep respect for the lived experiences of older adults. She is passionate about learning how thoughtful care coordination and advocacy can ease stress for families and promote dignity, safety, and quality of life.
Outside of her work, Morgan enjoys playing music, writing, spending time outdoors, and staying connected with her sister and friends—interests that reflect her creativity, balance, and appreciation for meaningful connection.
